Im the customer and I did want a single exhaust. OC muffler did a great job. A single exhaust is lighter weight since there is only one muffler. Also, when you have an exhaust split, that can lead to pressure drop which actually causes back pressure increase. Dual mufflers also have two slightly different resonances which can cause more unpleasant sound. A single muffler has a much more clean sound.

why wouldnt you put a single instead of duals a well designed single exhaust can flow just as good or better than dual exhaust
