Thank you soooooo much for this. A lot of books and articles I have read say that over-distance running (low heart rate for several hours e.g. 135 bpm) improves Mitochondria efficiency but it's been difficult for me to find out exactly what it is... now i know. thank you!
@128ve9804ever Adenosine Triphosphate. It's the molecule that reacts with proteins in order to change their shape during the process of active transport =)

Every single cell in a human body has a mind portion meaning it can be controlled-by thought. Cayce said that any physical disorder is a consequence of sin. You can repair it by a positive thought and self forgiveness. Any life situation, whether in business or personal relationship keeps on repeating until a lesson is learnt. Accept that situation, walk away with love, not anger- that life program will be de-coded.
I don’t think this vid did too good of a job explaining the important parts of ATP synthesis- mainly how NADH and Oxygen are utilized in the electron transport chain - Oxidative Phosphorylation. I didn’t hear anything about HOW ADP (two phosphates) is synthesized into a high energy molecule ATP (three phosphates). The utilization of hydrogen ions across a pressure gradient was also not mentioned.

is this what people who can't get laid talk about? lol..just kidding.. what the point of talking about it if it doesn't accomplish anything? if you know all this stuff.. why not put it to good use and invent something..or cure some disease..
@gomunkul WOAH. so this is the infamous "internet troll" Keep on hating~ I don't work at Mc'D, I'm a senior going off to college in 6 month while u are stuck in a crappy job :)
@WHHB1223 dear God! you're still with us, congrats. nah, I'm not stuck, I'm studying EE at uni and hoping to see you after you finish your English or Drama or smthng studies and serve me at a Starbucks near by ;)
@gomunkul I am actually confused. Are you just hating on me because 1) you are bored. 2) my comment got 24 likes and you are jealous. 3) all of the above ? lol... it's hard to imagine a university student would start an internet fight... very interesting indeed
@gomunkul Should I be glad that you upgraded from Mc'D to Starbucks? Oh, and you shouldn't study EE at Uni. You should study "how to be a jerk 101" :D P.S. Starbucks was on Fortune's top 100 companies to work for. So don't hate on people working at Starbucks. I actually want to work at starbucks really bad, because unlike you, I wish to earn my own college education.
If only I had watched this before my final exam. It'd be a piece of cheese!

Mitochondrial DNA is not the same as human DNA, and the difference between peoples mitochondria DNA lies in the Mutation possibilities.

If it wasn't for who you are as a person, you're mitochondria may grow unstable. At this point, it would be wise to find some food.

@WHHB1223 reason No. 1.
as you probably don't know, a good student must find time to procrastinate so that he can be effective at his studies.
