It depends how you wanna view it, in my opinon a 'crap' band covering a awesome metal classic is defiling it and shouldnt be done. Whilst other people think that even a 'bad' band can pay tribute and respect them for having good taste and acknowledging bands that helped develop their own sound.

This is a cover, of course it's not going to be as good as the original, plus it's live. Disturbed actually was/is pretty good friends with Pantera as David talks about a lot in interviews, etc. so there is no disgrace in covering their song, not to mention that this is a pretty good cover (in my opinion at least).

I don't understand why so many people down bands for covering songs like this, whether it's Fall Out Boy covering "Walk" or even Miley Cyrus covering "Smells Like Teen Spirit." Whether they did the song justice or not is irrelevant to how I feel. What they are doing is opening up their fans' minds to different styles of music. Case in point, I became a big Genesis fan after hearing Disturbed's cover of "Land of Confusion." Same thing goes for Mudvayne's cover of "King of Pain." (The Police)
