Interesting dance nice to know that the nepali guards are now in Portugal. I also wonder why this is called a Nepali dance and not Indian. Is Nepal not in India?
Nope, because of the Sino Indian war. India could face the colonial rules of Portugal and Great Britain but would not want a long term war against China... (The Sino Indian war occurred in 1962, some months after the invasion of Goa, Daman and Diu, in 1961)
Besides, Nepal was a Hindu country.
Nepal is not India. Bhutan is not India. Tibet is not India and it is not China (although it is shamefully occupied by the Chinese since 1959).
@pemachonjer you make some confused arguments. India was defeated by China in 1962. Besides China invaded India in repost to the events of 1961 in Goa.

@tirikamtel
That is a simplistic view... There were always and still are conflicts about the border definitions between China, India and Pakistan
