All the haters on Goldberg can go suck it! Love him or hate him he had people tuning in every week to watch. Once Goldberg lost that night to Nash and then when Nash got poked by Hogan and lost. It was all over for WCW.
goldberg is one of my faves, my cousin and i would get together once a week and on ppv nights to watch wvcw just for bill. i really hope he comes back. the 176 - 0 streak was awesome.
I met goldberg at a sydney australia dark card, i had his wcw magazine cover, but no pen, so as the true gentleman as he is, he gave me a goldberg tshirt and a bandana ( i have never worn or unfolded the bandana) Goldberg is one of those few celebrities that give more than they take.
@CalmJustin Thing is,goldberg can actually fight!John cena wins with a common combo, randy orton uses a surprise rko,the list goes on.At least goldberg's matches are really good.
It should neither be Booker T or Bret Hart the one should have ended his streak fair and square not Kevin Nash, Kevin just beat him via by a stupid interferance
Let me make my intentions clear, I dont really actually give a shit about any of this. Ever so often I get a suggestion and I'll go and slam that wrestler just to see how many marks get upset and butt hurt. Its been a pleasure annoying and pissing you guys off. Take care ;-)
I never saw most of the overrated Soldberg matches. Because just like when the rock would be having a match on wwe, when this over rated piece of shit would show up id either change the channel or go take a dump. Was something better to do with my time. Goldberg was over rated and only brought misguided children and fans to view for a short time before he got Boring all over again
@Disciple8923 All I have to say is that overrated or not (I prefer not). Goldberg put butts in seats and he didn't have many catchphrases. He went from the bottom to the top and earned it
@MattyMattyTooGood I didnt search for him. This bullshit showed up in my suggestions so I thought I'd take the opportunity to go and see who I could piss off by slamming him.
Goldberg had more matches in his streak but Undertakers is once a year not every night besides Undertakers streak may not be as ig as Goldbergs but his matches are more memorable and entertaining Undertaker will forever and always be the best.
There were some matches in there you missed, but you get a pass ---- it's amazing that you even got this much considering the difficulty in obtaining all the footage for each of his matches.
when goldberg joined he has a huge neck. he used to wrestle in wcw on saturday on a tv show. wcw had very small show then. those should be in here too.
Goldberg vs. Sting from the Sept. 14, 1998 edition of Nitro could well have been the most epic match of Goldberg's career.... but (surprise, surprise) Hogan had to do his lame run-in and sour the finish of the match.
Damn, I miss the Monday Night Wars. I dont care what anyone says this and "the poke" were the beginning of the end for WCW. It was such a great promotion and I cherished my 7-10 pm on Monday nights flipping between Nitro and RAW. The WWE needs healthy competition. TNA could compete (maybe) with some of the ex-WWF/WCW talent but Double J's leadership has failed.
i remember following this when i was little, didnt he loose his first match as result of scott hull chair strike? i cant remember clearly if that names even right its been so long but if i recall... i just remember the wolf pack screwing him outta his streak
i think it was the right way to end the streak...you couldn't have him lose fairly at that point..bill was pretty cool about it ending in his interviews, what a classy guy but nWo still pwns goldberg
Didn't he not lose a tag team match against Totally Buff earlier on? I'm sure it wasn't him who got beat it was the Sarge but i'm sure they talked on worldwide once about Buff Bagwell ending his streak...
Very good match indeed, mate. But for me, I consider his best match out of the whole streak - his whole CAREER - was the WCW world title match against Diamond Dallas Page at the 1998 Halloween Havoc.
This was the best Goldberg. Thumbs up if you think WWE screwed him over making him lose repeatedly. And "get injured" (thohgt he came bacc anyway lol)
@JuggaloDan2011 You and me both. Bacc when he was "DA MAN!!!" But he went to WWE an they turned him to shit. To the point where he didnt want to wrestle anymore
Obviously Goldberg was an amazing character, but it would have been good if they'd mixed the finishes up once in a while just to keep it interesting. Maybe have a no DQ match where he jackhammered someone through a table or even just a different move.
@TheRingGeneral You're right. I forgot all about Worldwide. There was a count out and a couple of No Contests before he lost for the first time... I didn't even bother to add those clips. But every Saturday Night, Thunder, Nitro and PPV win is here
