Well, if you study people, you will find that more people have French/Spanish as a second language than you think.

Most people can speak a little English but that does not make it their second language. In most of Europe, people's second language is either French, German, Spanish or Russian.

In china, and India which, combined, make up 1 3rd of the world's population, most people do not know English.

So, all in all, I do not agree with your conclusion about English as a second language, either.

No. I remember my dad and I seeing this at a theater screening, and we both cracked up. He liked the production as a whole - I didn't - but either way this was clearly Gheourhiu's worst bit of acting.
