Loved doing this one, Frank; it's a great house we designed and set in a great neighborhood. Also, it's going to be ENERGY STAR rated, so our customers can laugh about "losing" the other house two doors down every month when they look at their lower utility bills. This is a great example of applying creativity to achieve your goals in home ownership, and coming out ahead in the end.
