Good work, snow never stopped me from lighting the smoker. After Labor Day, must remember to stockpile a few 20 lbs. bags of charcoal for the winter months. Like they say, different strokes for different folks, and there is no such thing as the bbq police...Good job and nice family...
it's no big deal to cook in the snow!! I live in canada and I use my smoker and it's -35 outside. No big deal. Your brisket looks very good but you shouldn't take the fat off

That was an untrimmed full packer brisket the fat was about an inch thick after cooking
