Don't worry, be happy.
Your assistants need to cover their noses with their face masks and put some eyewear on. I know it gets hot assisting in surgery, but that could be potentially dangerous to their health.
@WCUDH12 : thanks; as you know, is my responsibility show risks, provide materials and training to wear it. Another thing is that I must watch them constantly....I must focusing in my operating field. The way to Wearing face masks is each-other responsibility. On the other hand, it seems that you likes to focusing your attention only in the wrong aspects of the clip. If you want to play this way, you must upload your videos, and let us examine. Thank you.
@Superpus2007 : please Check your sight with the ophtalmologist : all my crew wear gloves, MY GLOVES ARE A SPECIAL ANATOMIC LATEX GLOVES. observes the yellow colour of my fingers?? that's latex colour.....you're wellcome.
i like this extraction, but i think, you dont break the crown, because in this particular case the complication are many, any way, congratulation for your want of learn.
-First your position is bad, probably you dont see too many patients a day. You would kill your back working the way you are working. Your arms are too high.
-Second, you dont need too many asistants....but probably in your country labor is not expensive...
-Last suture you placed, should be your first one. It will give you more control.
-If you had removed distal part of tooth first, you just need to elevate tooth...easier.
@toti35 : Thank you very much for your tips. That's true that my work positions are wrong most of times : I'm 57 y.o. and in my school time we get not any ergonomic instruction...and I'm paying for it with neck pain etc...so, it's true and I'm treating to do better. I have many assistents because I want to finish sooner :my patients don´t like to be more than 10 min over chair...always we working at 6 hands. I've not so much surgical experience...only a few years, and treat to learn every day.
@gautejohnsen : that' s the same as I use to implants , from "W&H" . Also nobelbiocare sell the same with the name: osseoset 100, but I have bought from e-bay very cheap.
