  • Honestly, after your review i'm not going to buy this product, i think my Organic whey protein isolate mixed with coconut water, organic bananas and blueberries will suffice for 45 min-1 hour of weight training. I like how you point out things like the sustained release creatine, waxy-maize instead of dextrose, and their false claim on the back of the product. I'm sure the product will work, but it seeems gimmicky to me, and i don't like the fact that we can't pronounce half the ingredients lol.

  • @MmaNcovers nah man..the product is the best post on the market..i took it for 2 months staight..cycled off and i am sore after and next day..the product gets you back in the gym faster..i cant wait for this month to pass so i can get back on it..i saw good gains aswell...kinda expensive..but if you get it on sale for 35.00 its def beats anything on the market!

  • @NewYorkOlympians What program are you on? Are you sure it wasn't a placebo effect, and does it give you digestive problems? this won'y make you run right to take a shit after drinking it will it? Nitro Tech used to do that to me back in 2003

  • THe only problem is they dont' mention how many grams of Creatine is in a serving.... I believe you need at least 3 grams a day to notice the difference as it stores as ATP in your muscles. If its less than that, then they're just puttin creatine in there as a gimmick, just so they can say they have creatine in their product.
