  • Thanks for posting this. I've got a new Hero 2 as well, and can't seem to figure out "smooth" slow motion. I get jerky footage which I'll post as a video response so you can see what I mean.

  • @scottks5 This might be because of the mode that you are using: I used the WVGA 120 fps setting, and worked out that if the average frame rate of a film is about 24 fps, then you could slow it down by about 4 times (play it at 0.25x speed) whilst still maintaining an above average frame rate. If you used a 30 fps setting, though, and slowed it down by 4 times, you'd be getting 7.5 fps, which looks a bit like what you're getting! Hope this helps!
