Fact being, no one can use a nuclear weapon, even if we do get attack by nuclear warfare UN rules permits no useage and UN and NATO forces would be to the aid. Second, the US has advanced air defenses AND advanced radar jammers, AND anti-missile missiles which when launch chases enemy missiles and destroy them.

Reducing weapons is a good thing, if you live in a world where your neighbors are honest hard working, ethical people and cultures. But if you live in a world where your neighbors are drug running theives, out to destroy you and steal what you have.. then I say arm ourselves to the hilt and reduce that threat any means you can.
