I am an old fart (54) I have been to about 50 concerts - all with opening acts - no headliner ever started 2 hours after the posted time. The ticket holders should have been notified in advance of this lateness. Many families left around 10:00. They desreved to see more of Katy. I thought Katy did a fine job of what we saw. She could have met the young kid from Make A Wish earlier. The 9:30 start - is that why the XL Center was far from being a sell out?

@scrapguyone1 AMEN!!! The show, costumes, dancers, band and Katy Perry were outstanding! Was my daughter and "adopted" daughters first concert. It is a memory we will share together and never forget....

If I heard "Put your hands up CT" one more time I was going to rush up on stage and put my foot up his a...We had to leave at 10: 00 to be home by 11:00. We had a babysitter. She went on at 9:35. Many families had to leave when we did. Concerts that start at 7:30 supposed to end around 10:00. Her vocals on Teenage Dream were dreadful. I will post to youtube soon.
@dicek8 she always comes on at 9:30..ive been to 3 of her concerts and every single one she gets on at the same time. the dj was trying to get you ready and she was with someone for Make-A-Wish foundation. of course nobody will be on the exact time and she was amazing. and it was the opening act that starts at 7:30 not katy perry.
