i dont do cocaine but here are the facts.

1) that picture is shopped, it won't rot the cartilage because the cocaine doesn't touch that, but it does were down the musus membrane.

2) that is not from the cocaine it is from the persons choices. and that looks more like tobacco stains, and the second picture is shopped.

and this is all a advertisement and scare tactics, im not saying go do drugs, but don't be afraid for no reason, and certainly dont believe in lies.
