It's possible, but you'd have to use the Google Maps Api in order to add marks dinamically, until I know.

Is there anyway to number the placemarks. I need to create a map and be able to have multiple points in a city and label them somehow. There are to many to just just different colors. I really need to be able to number or letter the placemarks.

Google maps is an invaluable tool. It is a heck of a lot easier than somebody giving you crappy directions how to get to where they are..LOL. I just wish their premium stuff was not so darn expensive.
