@mohammedisout I read the wiki, ends up Wars is twenty years before CE, so this is a different Arbiter. Like Darth and Luke, the first one (this Arbiter) is evil, but the new one (debut in halo 2-3) was evil, but failing his task in CE, gets burned and gets that Arbiters armor. Read the wiki yourself. Just google "Does the Arbiter ever die?" There will be a link that takes you to a link talking directly about the whole "Arbiter dies in wars" thing. Hope that helps.
