We in Singapore live in some sort of pseudo-freedom/democracy. We can do whatever we want as long as we dont interfere with the governments plans(on benefitting themselves). But the PAP wont last. The younger generation have different views on the government than the voting generation now. She and her friend were going to Shangrila Hotel to check room rates for short time. She's on heat. Coincidently there was a Big Event held at Shangrila Hotel.
Another theory was that her acquaintance was staying in that Hotel. They had a score to settle, so they trooped down to Shangrila Hotel with a cameraman, they were stopped by the police before reaching Shangrila. As u can see her frustration look.

We in Singapore live in some sort of pseudo-freedom/democracy. We can do whatever we want as long as we dont interfere with the governments plans(on benefitting themselves). But the PAP wont last. The younger generation have different views on the government than the voting generation now. But that said, the opposition doesnt stand a chance unless they seriously buck up and actually think about their actions and what they do. Or else nobody will ever take them seriously.

However, to cite "probable cause," you'd have to have what she'd probably do be illegal. Since protesting/making one's opinion heard is technically not illegal in Singapore, you'd have to hit her with something else.
Try: public nuisance. Or undermining the integrity of Singapore (acting up before foreign leaders). Or... simply get Shangri La Hotel to "request" that the police remove her for their premises once she steps within. :)

We support creditable opposition. Mr Low & Mr Chiam are respectable men whom we regarded as true blue Gentlemen. Chee's gang are thugs, disrupting important events in the name of HUMAN RIGHTS OR DEMOCRACY.
Hope there are more ppl like Mr Low & Chiam. They are non confrontational.If one day Mr Chiam or Mr Low led protest, it is the last resort they will do and that is the day the GOVERNMENT going into transition.

She and her friend were going to Shangrila Hotel to check room rates for short time. She's on heat. Coincidently there was a Big Event held at Shangrila Hotel.
Another theory was that her acquaintance was staying in that Hotel. They had a score to settle, so they trooped down to Shangrila Hotel with a cameraman, they were stopped by the police before reaching Shangrila. As u can see her frustration look.
To cover their tracks, she and the cameraman claimed Police abduction.

To the cameraman, do you even know the police pledge when the pledge you recite is the national pledge ?

It is clear, the lady and her cameraperson had malice in their heads. What were their intention. To have dinner or to entrap the police into removing them. The police have done just that. It shows us just how shallow the oppositon in singapore is. When the citizens need new leadership the end up with public pests. And yes, the police does everything for the government.. they get rid of pests too.

I hate the Singapore police. Fucking lazy assholes sitting on their fat asses doing nothing much to protect the citizens but throwing their weight around acting mighty. I launched a complain about a stolen item which they completely refused to do anything about. When I asked them about it again 9 months later they just sent me a letter saying they cannot do anything about it. Of cause not. They are not going to gain anything by helping innocent victims. Fucking useless bastards.
