hey i want to apply as a partner but what does "own the copyright laws" mean? like i make pokemonwi-fi battles not sure if that's agianst the copy rights or does it mean like when you recored like with a cpture card umm let's say a TV show do you have to contact the people who made it and ask for the copy right laws or somthing thanks it's a big help.

@arsenalvid google has lowered the amount of subs a person would need. it use to be 1000 subs but they lowered it to 500 subs so try an get 500 then you have a 50% chance of being a partner. hoped i helped :)

As I understand its per views. The ads are basically google adsense. So if someone clicks or ends up buying something via your ad you will get a very decent portion of it.

yes, but that doesnt mean that you will get accepted, so keep trying, you need to have a minimum of 1000 views for all of your vids, you own all copyright music and everything, and you need to create original content... :D

This would be a better video if you knew how to become a partner to begin with, not to be mean but you obviously don't, not that I know much more but I can say just look at "vbognot626" from looking at his vids, it appears all of your vids need at LEAST 1K views, if they don't have at least that don't bother applying as you won't possibly ever be able to re-apply, it says 'you've already applied' yes I was rejected too but I've since then learned how to get views.

They don't say it on the partner page, but it is my understanding that you need to have a "significant" amount. Have no idea what that means though. Best to just look through partner pages and see what they have.

When they say you "own copyrights", does that mean you have to lawfully prove that you're the original creator of the videos you upload?

Yes, you need to be able to prove that you own copyright and created all content contained in your video.
