Aren't you clever!? I want to use this technique if for no other reason than that I can see the looks on people's faces when I tell them I sew with fire! Thanks!
You do a great job, very clear directions and video close-ups are great. I'm a little afraid of the candle but I think I can do it. Thanks, I'm going look for more of your videos.
I did it! Thank you so much. My daughter will be so excited. I have been putting off a project for her because I hate to sew silky material. When I saw your method, thats exactly what I did. Its so simple and it gives the helm a wavy effect. LOVE IT!
Beautiful Job! Love to see this fancy sewing with a normal sewing machine! Very creative! I love it that you kept the funny parts of your video...that's creative, too! I'm kinda scared to try the fire thing, but I see that's what gives it the finishing touch....guess I'll have to practice:-) One question: what kind of thread did you use? Thanks so much!
I agree with the "best closeup in a video" award! =) You're very creative--great job. Is it possible that you could show how to install (sew) an invisible zipper? Thanks for these videos, I REALLY appreciate it! I'm a beginner sewer.
lol i'm glad u didnt edit out the lighter not working thing. but on a serious note i've really enjoying ur sewing videos all the tips r so original and have giving me so idea on how to improve my amatuer skills. seeeewwww keep em' coming!!!!
Wow!~ If Youtube gave out an award for "best closeup in a video", you would win hands down!~ I came to learn your sewing technique, but I was so captivated by the awesome job you did with getting a clean/clear closeup, I forgot to pay attention to anything else! :~> Excellent quality!~ Keep up the good work, sis!~

Love your vids...Should I go all the way over the edge with the zig zag stitch or just right up to the edge?

wonderful job! I'm still talking about the wedding dress you made. Please keep up the sewing videos!!!!

the fabric that you are using looks like nylon chiffon. I think that might be easier to handle with a sewing machine than silk chiffon.
