  • Excellent tutorial, and superior quality video. Thank you

  • Thank you so much for this tutorial, I'm definitely going to try this out!

Btw, do you know how to connect two pieces of organza together without it looking crappy?

  • Aren't you clever!? I want to use this technique if for no other reason than that I can see the looks on people's faces when I tell them I sew with fire! Thanks!

  • @lissidecker oh that does sound cool...lol.

  • You do a great job, very clear directions and video close-ups are great. I'm a little afraid of the candle but I think I can do it. Thanks, I'm going look for more of your videos.

  • I did it! Thank you so much. My daughter will be so excited. I have been putting off a project for her because I hate to sew silky material. When I saw your method, thats exactly what I did. Its so simple and it gives the helm a wavy effect. LOVE IT!

  • Thanks soooooooo much!!! :) im making a skirt and didnt know how to hem it but this would help A LOT!

  • You are brilliant! I have been avoiding this fabric for years, but you make it approachable! Thank you so much!

  • great nail polish color, great video!

  • Love your vids...Should I go all the way over the edge with the zig zag stitch or just right up to the edge?

  • @WatchRealVideos just right up to...the edge.

  • Beautiful Job! Love to see this fancy sewing with a normal sewing machine! Very creative! I love it that you kept the funny parts of your video...that's creative, too! I'm kinda scared to try the fire thing, but I see that's what gives it the finishing touch....guess I'll have to practice:-) One question: what kind of thread did you use? Thanks so much!

  • You are so talented! Stay blessed!

  • wonderful job! I'm still talking about the wedding dress you made. Please keep up the sewing videos!!!!

  • the fabric that you are using looks like nylon chiffon. I think that might be easier to handle with a sewing machine than silk chiffon.

  • @adowns87 I think it is a polyester it was really difficult to dye.

  • @adowns87 I agree!

  • love that nailpolish! what is it?

  • I agree with the "best closeup in a video" award! =) You're very creative--great job. Is it possible that you could show how to install (sew) an invisible zipper? Thanks for these videos, I REALLY appreciate it! I'm a beginner sewer.

  • @levikatt44 Yes, I sure can.

  • lol i'm glad u didnt edit out the lighter not working thing. but on a serious note i've really enjoying ur sewing videos all the tips r so original and have giving me so idea on how to improve my amatuer skills. seeeewwww keep em' coming!!!!

  • You got some skillz!! Do you offer your services outside your friends?

  • @tonidaley80 Yes, I do.

  • I don't have a serger either, so yea.. this will work!! Impressive!

  • Wow!~ If Youtube gave out an award for "best closeup in a video", you would win hands down!~ I came to learn your sewing technique, but I was so captivated by the awesome job you did with getting a clean/clear closeup, I forgot to pay attention to anything else! :~> Excellent quality!~ Keep up the good work, sis!~

  • I would have liked to see the dress on! Good job!

  • That's so cool how you did all of that. How did you and your sister get your names? I like them:)

  • @margo33 high school is when we picked up our names...its a really long weird story.
