I know you are watching the scale. It is just numbers when you look at it. Yet, it hurts us emotionally that we seem to be losing control with those numbers.
*hugs* C'mon Fiona I KNOW you can do this.. just lots of little baby steps and you will be back on track in no time. Have you taken the time to figure out WHY you are not staying on track? I know when I have off plan days there is something I can pin it too.
.6 is not major and you can get rid of it fast... just stick with it and I love you xoxo
You stuck to plan for a couple of days...just try and stick to plan 4-5 days this time and then maybe get on plan completely. You did so well for so long and you have not really gained back that much...You are also still in Onderland. You can do this Fiona I KNOW you can. I love your hair and your lips. So many people have said butt (Arse).
Don't worry, you're still under 200! And it wasn't that bad of a gain. Look at the bright side, you could have done way worse. I'm proud of you for showing this to us and that you're still going.

i have been struggling too... blah! i have gotten to a point where i am comfortable and that is KILLING me.
The gain isn't great but it realllly isnt bad either!! it could be a lot worse.
