  • u guys dont understand , its Stairway to heaven , but he made he's own solo.

of course it will sound pretty much the same , cause its the best scales and positions for that kind of solo morans.

  • Nice guitar and nice solo..

  • So it sounds like Stairway.. That just makes it more awesome? Duh

  • no it sound like all along the watch tower by jimmy hendrix dumbass mother fuckers

  • @kingzac69 OMFG you think theyre the dumb ones? thats not even by Hendrix ._.

  • @DeathMetalThunder oh wow bob did it sry but its hendrix style i dont care for either of them but thats what it sounds like

  • That tone is awful...

  • @spencerjouellette

    You are aweful.

  • fucking copy cat. make something of your own rather than just cut, rearrange and then paste. even a 5 year old would know when he's copying. i'm not as good as you are, but you ralph agresta, YOU SUCK BIIIG TIME!!

  • Yeah no offense, but this pretty much is stairway, almost all the licks r the same just in a different order.. Not bad, but not too much variety, and sorta bland, just my opinion, good player tho

  • i think its a good solo to house of the rising sun

  • let me guess the guitar... classic les paul style, great choice i have the same one

  • Anyway, Jimmy Page used his old telecaster from LZ1 to play the Stairway solo.

  • it sounds like starway to heaven

  • Good choice! Go with the Pearly's! ;D

  • sounds like he used the stairway backing track and remade his own version of the solo. sounds pretty sick

  • With your hair, you could go for the Adonis thing..like the runner with the torch in Leni Riefenstahl's Olympia.

So, in your Jazz jam tracks, (1997) how do I keep from playing "You Don't Know What Love Is", when playing over your Slow Ballad? Maybe I should stop listening to Pat Martino.....

  • sau geil

  • yeah it does sound like stairway to heaven

and im fucking SICK of hearing people always say 'no stairway', i almost never hear this song anymore anyway

  • Ralph!

I used to take guitar lessons from your sister when I was a kid '73, '74?. Your parents' store was such a cool place.

  • LOL hippie face ^^ but very good player <3

  • it starts and it looks a little bit like the solo from Stairway to Heaven ...

  • yeah it is its in the same key its the backing track and he actually just improvsed to a newsolo on 'stairway to heaven

  • it is...

  • Hey Ralph planetofrock in bootlegging your backing tracks on cd-r and selling them.

  • ok the reason ppl keep thinking it either sounds like all along the watchtower or stairway to heaven is because the backing track is the ending chord progression in stairway which is the same chord progression in a different key as all along the wachtower

  • i know the son

  • This guy can Play!!! How come I never heard of this guy? Who does he play with?

  • used to play with the Andria True Connection, now tours with broadway shows

  • is he doing Happy Days now?

  • Sounds like Stairway with All Along Watchtower and a bit of Zeppelin's The Rover solo in there.

  • I LOVE this guy!!!!... okay, so we were friends back in our High School days. You'll never meet a nicer guy and he has ALWAYS been massively talented.

  • I work with Ralph and know him personally and I gotta say, he is one of the nicest, coolest fucking guys I know. The man is also a Beatles MASTER!

  • well i saw him playing a solo on a led zeppelin backingtrack.. haven't learned a thing to be honest

  • Ralph was the guitarist on the Song "More More More" by the Andrea True Connection back in the 70's....

  • It sounded more like "All along the watchtower" than S to H to my ears!

  • theres millions of these guys

  • that guys a creep

  • I think the original solo was superior, but he made a pretty god job of it.

  • ugly bastard

  • nicest improv stairway solo ive seen yet! And i've heard quite a few...

  • thae was very good. can you do some more, please

  • oh yes!!! great man

  • The faces were cool but as far as that being the solo to stairway to heaven..cough..cough..I don't think so.
