If you place the magazines on the ground and an enemy walks near it ,the enemy will be distracted .

Its a weapon not an item. Look in the weapon selections and look around the tabs to find your mags.

Seems like the videos quality is **** on standard. Im playing this game on a different HDTV which has that kind of glare that made the HUD screen look very bright...hopefully it doesnt burn too much to your eyes...but it is anyway... :p
