@AquaRegia00 Ah, This is an easter egg hidden by Capcom. When entering Shademan's stage, You needed to press a certain button combination to hear the GnG music in his stage.
@AquaRegia00 LOL that's pretty awesome! All i can think is Marvel vs. Capcom 3 when Arthur says "Golden Bracelet" and you totally hammer the opposing team cuz you're wearing super armor!!! Good times...
Yup. You can unlock it on the "Shade Man" (the vampire) stage by holding a certain button when selecting it from the menu (think it was R, but I can't remember now). Made the level feel so epic.
megaman puts on the construction hat i'm like megaman you silly son of a bitch you don't wear that...you wear a blue helmet...oh megaman *SSSSSIIIIIGGGHHH* <3
One three of the people from the list actually composed music: Yuko Takehara, Toshihiko Horiyama (aka Krsk), and Makoto Tomozawa (aka V-Tomozoh). The other six are all sound effects.
This maybe not as fun as the nes megaman game, but hey ! Having Protoman weapon and having a Ghost & Goblins cameo in a game is enough to make it epic.
is a secret song in the game, if you press b while selecting shade man stage, you will hear the Ghouls and Ghosts remix instead of the normal stage music
I have this on anniversary collection, at first I hated it then I played it at a relatives house on the SNES. The SNES version is so much better than the MMAC version.
I love this game, like most mega man Classic and X games :)
Though I suppose I can see why alot of MM fans don't like this game
when i first played this on the aniversary collection, i love megaman, but this game turned me off, megaman fits half the stage half the time, the graphix r weird, they make him look very big, x's graphix were way better than this, why couldn't 7 do the same?
I hated the boss system, fight four to unlock the other four. Megaman & Bass was worse. Takes away from the fun of figuring out the weaknesses & exploring the levels. And this would be the first Megaman game to have someone cuss in, so yea!
I don't remember cussing in X, I guess I must of missed that. I never got the point of Capcom sneaking cuss words into their games. To make them cool? Silly Capcom, zombies make them cool, you should've known that.
I like this game, but it is difficult without exploiting the enemies weaknesses. Yes, the levels are easy as hell (apart from turbo man, to this day I struggle) but the robot masters are absolutely brutal and will rape you over and over again without the strong weapon upgrades. You really need to exploit the slide. Good game, despite some finnicky controls and difficult bosses. This is mega man, I suppose. spring man ftw 8D
Well, the rest of the music is still Mega Man 7 because i reckongize it. But I've never heard the one that resembles Ghosts n' Goblins before. And also, Mega Man is owned by CAPCOM, but so is Ghosts n' Goblins, so yeah...

I can't remember what level the music was for, but I think it's a medley of Guts man, Heat man, and Snake man. I might be wrong about Snake man though...
That's from the Robot Museum stage. The catchy thing about that level is that it showcases both former robot masters and the music from former robot masters. The music for that level has Guts Man, Snake Man, and several others.
im kinda sad that this serie disappeared.
