i have all 3 anthologys on vinyl,, brought all 3 of them 4 about £45 when they all came out,, might upload a few songs myself when i get my video camera fixed
Who retailed the anthology series on vinyl i had purchased each of the 3 on cd day of release at the now out of business tower records and they only had cassette and cd

i recall hearing this on the tv broadcast of the anthology series and thinking jeff lynne had his hands on this song too much, but after repeated listens, it started to get to me emotionally....lovely song
Could be your belt, but if not that look under the unit for two speed screw adjustments one for 331/3 and one for 45 rpm you should see two small holes, this is where you adjust the speed of the motor. I hope this helps.

My record player plays my records half a key higher then it should. I've opened it up and everything looks fine. Is it the belt?
