  • MJ

    100% samPa

  • my right ear broke

  • 0:21 travel by Jordan ( replay at 1:01 ).

  • @dmacid it was not a travel, the step right after the bound was a gather, than followed by two legal steps....I can see how it can be mistaken as he is moving fast but it was all legal

  • Maybe they should have played NBA STARS vs the USSR Olympic team. That would have been a better game, especially since the USSR won the olympics that year and had a better centre than Robinson.

  • @duffmanbegins who was that?

  • @juicepouch1 Sabonis

  • @iostojic I'm gonna have to look him up, I never heard of him before

  • @iostojic The part where Robinson getzs layed three times in a row ... & the dunk baby weren't you watching ?

  • @CantStopDaKid Again, our definition of the term "schooled" is probably different. Dunk was on Manning, no 13.

  • What the fuck man, look at how deep that 3 point line was... Damn...

  • Being an admirer of both, Jordan and Robinson, where is the part in which DR "gets schooled"?

  • @iostojic Are you serious? Perhaps you didn't finish watching the entire video. I asked myself that also, but if you watch the entire thing and realize you have a 6'6 guard scoring on a 7'1 center...Just watch the video.. I'm sure Robinson's tream was like damn, you just had to block him and set him off lol.

  • @goukimess I am serious, great two moves by MJ, but not sure it the term "schooled" applies.

  • I wish they would have a NBA stars vs College All Stars game today. It would be a final score of NBA: 173 College 38.

  • WHAT WILL YOU EXPECT FROM THE GOAT!!!???

  • Will people shut up about lebron traveling

  • There's a video on here where Rodman blocks Jordan and Jordan goes on to Block Rodman about 4 times, almost consecutively because he was so pissed. That's why Jordan was the best, he was a fucking competitive beast

  • the refs look like they just escaped prison

  • my right ear enjoyed it

  • goes to show what jordan wouldve if him & robinson played one on one

  • nba all stars 65

    Olympic team 78

man i wish our USA baseball team was like this

  • 01:02 the ref looks like a prison inmate lol

  • 0:07

    And the beast awakens....

  • Comment removed

  • at 0:10 hes like "oh damn im going to be punished so badly, shiat!"

  • @detroit4lyf you are joking me right? when lebron wade etc etc can lead USA and beat the rest of the countries by an average of 44 points then you come and talk about achievement and standard. Oh wait, they can't even get a ring yet?

  • this standard of basketball looks so much worse then any of todays games.. make it hard to think jordan actually is better then lebron kobe wade and all of those superstars

  • @detroit4lyf you obviously don't know much about ball then

  • @LolsitzGeorge he knows absolutely nothing

  • @detroit4lyf You're really stupid. Stop dickriding.

  • right after that block MJ thought "Ima make centers my new hobbie and dunk on them from now on"

  • he travels

  • "You don't get 26 million dollars for looking pretty. Hahahahaha."

    Next play: Jordan. Ownage.

  • those were the days. when the NBA was deep. none of that crap we have here today.

  • who give a shit if they're suppose to shoot within five seconds.....shut the fuck up.

  • what was the final score?

  • he didnt get schooled he got kindergartenned

  • Fake.

  • LOL. nice suits, ref.

  • 1:30 First thing you hear when Michael Jordan touches the ball: "You got help, you got help.."

  • did robbinson get the hell out on MJ @ 0:04 ? lol if he did he got pay back for it.

  • Michael Jordan is one of the greatest to ever touch a basketball...but yall gotta admit that block from Robinson was just nasty LOL

  • the condor...lol

  • that's called getting it done...

  • i soon as i looked at the title im like ohhh crap jordon got blocked but then i read the rest of it and im like oohhh yeah

  • that was a foul?? if that were lebron or wade or kobe people would be bitching about the refs giving a superstar call lol...

  • @Adkins52 he can live in a gym the rest of his career. Gym doesn't give you heart. You either have it or not.

  • jordan is a psychopath

  • Wasn't David Robinson and MJ on the same olympic team?

  • @thenintendogamer This was the 1988 Olympic team (Seoul, Korea). David Robinson was considered the 2nd best player on that team, behind Danny Manning of Kansas.

The team only got a bronze medal (losing to USSR in a game that Manning didn't score a point and the "drive and dish" kick out for 3 pointer style abused supposedly good defenders like Willie Anderson).

The bronze embarrassed USA Basketball so much that the Dream Team (12 of the best players available) was gathered for 1992.

  • the ref's outfits looks like my gym teacher's

  • 0:25 was a great dunk, but when you look at it closely it should not have counted because clearly lebron traveled

  • @nodontcare08 see that was funny. that lebron joke is getting old but you snuck that in there. very clever and im not being sarcastic lol.

  • can this guy shut the fuck up about the 5 second foul shot rule and just witness greatness

  • hey No. 11 is muggsy! go muggsy! and @ervakova where can I download this?

  • Who are the 29 dislikes and what were you smokin' when you watched this. Jordan the God of modern-day hoops, puttin a little 'english' on it, LOL!

  • This was made possible because Professional players were not allowed to play in the Olympics until The Dream team in the 90's. The Olympic team was usually comprised of All-American College players.

  • @lengyeang thats what i thought. so how the hell are the NBA all stars losing? That's probably what got jordan going. no NBA player wants to lose to college kids, especially not jordan

  • @Adkins52 You are so right about that. Lebron is a phenomanal physical freak, possibly the most physically gifted athlete i have ever seen, but he has little to no post game what so ever. MJ's post game was legendary, the best post game i have ever seen, and a 2 guard at it. Great physical ability will get you highlights and statistics, but evolution(devolping new elements to your game) will trully make you legendary. Also look at MJ's unstoppable fadeaway he developed later in his career.

  • @delfra70

Very good points. The other thing mature MJ did well was moving without the ball to create easier shots. Less work yet almost as productive as a younger physical MJ.

That is what you call Legend!

  • @at1212b Yes indeed, it's the little things like that, that helps a player take his game from special to extrordinary. MJ and Reggie Miller were the best i ever seen moving without the ball. Kobe is truly great, but this is another thing that separates MJ from him as well. Kobe hits game winning shots like MJ did, but he seems to have to take tougher shots because he struggles more to get open, if you noticed MJ always seem to get to the ball with ease late in games.

  • Jordan holds grudges.

  • I see 4 year old LeBron traveling in the stands there.

  • @bim2x4 u sound like a pedo

  • @bim2x4 actually the first time he traveled, he was in his moms womb where he traveled through his mom's clit

  • @bim2x4 hhahah lol

  • @bim2x4 But he left in the 4th quarter.

  • @bim2x4 enough wit that bs that joke is mad wack. every bball related video we see that "lebron travelled bullshit. cut that already

  • @bim2x4 hater...at least your right about LeBron's age ...

  • look at those refs outfits

  • Mess with the best, die like the rest.

  • Who are the commentators? The guy saying "thousand one.. etc." is annoying.

  • So where did David get schooled?!?? Jordan's dunk happened because Robinson allowed it and didn't attempt to reject it, because he obviously would have. Jordan went inside and scored, sure, but the second time he went inside, that wasn't even a foul on Robinson.

  • @JIFTheChosen1 Watch the whole video. Its not only aout the dunk.

  • @JIFTheChosen1 what it probably meant was.... David got schooled later in the NBA LOL.

  • David robinson pissed mj off by saying "get that shit out" in the beginning of the video..grrrrr

  • Jordan is blocked and thinks, "Nice block, David. Now you're going to pay for that the rest of this game and the rest of my career."

  • @DerekJ3031 would be hard since half of our all-stars are our olmpic team but none the less, would still be great to see

  • how come now they don't show all star vs Olympic?

  • @Mrcabletwitch Because their all-star team is their Olympic team lol

  • @NBALJFan23 lol...true....

  • 23 gets 23

  • wow i wish they still play these games....

  • who won ?

  • Absolutely greatest of all time!

  • D Rose can NEVER do this to a center of David Robinson's caliber

  • robinson gave up on the play the moment jordan got the ball

  • 1001 1002 1003 1004 1005 1006

  • why isnt jordan playing for team USA

  • @LeatherBootz Because in 1988 Team USA only sent college players to play in the Olympics.

  • @LeatherBootz because nba players werent allowed to play in the olympics till 92

  • Every shot Mike took belonged on the highlight reel...

  • I rem. when Robinson said "we was doing good until he (Jordan) started throwing that crap (reverses) up." He kept throwing that crap up his whole carrer. He lost that game and kept losing along with the rest of leauge until Michael got tired and sat down. Must have first tasted that crap this game.

  • they should do this again all stars vs olympic team

  • 81 > 65 who got schooled? Nice block by Robinson and nice move by Jordan

  • why is mj not in team usa? n y is he fighting against team usa?

  • 58:00- 1:00 LOOOL

  • showtime!

  • 0:05 - 0:08

the opponants: YEHHHH BOYYYYYY WHATCHYU GONNA DO NOW JORDAN

    Jordan: oh its on muthafucker

  • So...that is getting schooled? Look like Robinson didn't even try to stop him. Just threw his hand up there and said "screw it...I'm tired."

  • D-Rose can do that

  • jordan dunk on him

  • lol you cant expect to block Jordan than not get dunked on.

  • 1:26 player- you got help, you got help!!

MJ- Nah im'ma just lay it in.

  • I wish they still had this

    {NBA All-Star vs. U.S.A Olympic Team}

  • @LiLCme09 the nba all stars are the olympic team

  • @LiLCme09 They used to have everything

  • @LiLCme09 you mean NBA All-Star vs. NBA All-Star Team :D

  • @LiLCme09 How would that be possible since most of the All-Star team is on the Olympic team?

  • wooah they made the foul shot time from 5 seconds to ten now o-o LOL

  • @HarvardBlvd 1988 this was back then when NBA players werent allowed to play in the Olympic teams i believe, i could be wrong

  • At 1:30, you can hear someone going; you got help, you got help !

    No. You don't.

  • haha keep pressing 3 and youll see someone in the audience doing the fistpump lmao

  • And people say they didn't call tacky fouls back in the day? Gimme a break. Neither one of those fouls on MJ was a real foul! I mean technically yes (bc while the defenders had their arms straight up, they jumped so its a foul) but would anyone call either one of those in pickup ball? No. Maybe its bc this was an all-star game...btw I love MJ; this is just an honest observation.

  • @HeRsHeYsKiSsz

this is still an actual game not streetball so those two calls technically being fouls... makes them fouls and that's why they were called.

did you think about what u were typing at all??

  • @theraVen27 Yeah they're fouls to us today, but people impose this ludicrous notion that back in the day the game was much rougher and it was harder to score and fouls weren't called that easily etcetera. It's not fucking true. I guess, in a way, I want people to understand that the game has not changed all that much. It's just as hard to score 50 today as it was back in the day.

  • @HeRsHeYsKiSsz harder nowadays

  • @HeRsHeYsKiSsz No, it's not. It's really, really not. And Jordan is way, way, way better than both Kobe and LeBron, if that's what you were getting at with that argument.

  • who are the two midgets at 0:50 next to jordan lol

  • @eznoob1v1 There were only two short players back then that I remember; Muggsy Bogues 5'3" and Spudd Webb 5'7". They were both incredible players, but I don't see any record of either one being an NBA All Star.

  • LOL seeing score at 00:40, the great NBA 1980s losing to COllege players. WOw.

  • the admiral and his airness going at it

  • @00bean001, the schooling ahppens in the plays after where he scores and gets fouls of robinson.I mean com on hes pissed and hes just going straight at brobinson drawing fouls and getting baskets.........robinson pays for that one block

  • 1st MJ dunk was a travel. Three steps at least. Other plays just awesome.

  • Travel

  • jordan: do as i command.

    basketball: yes, master.

  • Nba all stars vs olympic team?.... There's not enough competition to do this today

  • I know its jordan but dam foul the nigga dont let go to the basket that easy

  • get that outta here? HAHAH u shoud never say that to the gods..

  • Comment removed

  • How the hell are a bunch of amateur players (though most of them went to the NBA) beating the NBA team is my question?

  • whos that midget?

  • @Superninjahead Isiah Thomas perhaps?

  • @Superninjahead Looking at the line-up, I'd assume it was Muggsy Bogues.

    The NBA stars team roster:

NBA Roster - Charles Barkley, Muggsy Bogues, Walter Davis, Alex English, Sleepy Floyd, Mark Jackson, Michael Jordan, Alton Lister, John Lucas, Chris Mullin, Sam Perkins, Danny Schayes, Spud Webb

  • wow never saw this thats 4 upload

  • Fly Fly let me fly...A Condor...WDF...lol

  • thumb up if u think robinson was nate robinson before you watch this vid

  • @Aiman70110 i don't think anyone thought that...

  • @92alexheat Your a very observing man, and intelligent but the fact that these players play for money and fame is still there. Jordan had injuries galore, but he still played, for instance Jordan had the Flu. Flu causes hallucination and makes you very dizzy for one. But he still went off on the opponents, Derrick Rose can be matched with Nba Badboy of the Pistons Isiah Thomas, I agree there are some players who play with heart but not alot anymore.

  • @TheArtistsLloft2011 *cough* some little dude named Rondo also

  • why dont we have something like this nba all stars against usa olympic oh wait they are the same players now

  • Holy Sh*t!!! I have on those J's right now!!! #Awesome

  • fly fly, let me fly

  • the nba stars lose? nice nice

  • what the hell olympics vs allstars?

  • Im just not used to seeing NBA players not cry after they got blocked, you know like Kobe, Lebron, Dwade and other players.....MJ said" You know what instead of crying im going to be a man and school him" not used to it.....Rip NBA 1940-2001

  • @TheArtistsLloft2011 have you ever watched Wade? he makes it a mission to absolutely crush the defenders that block him with any one of his arsenal of crossovers, blocks and dunks.

  • @munkyman951919 I watch Dwayne Wade, but i also watch NBA games as well and i have to say. These players cry alot, including Dwayne Wade and just give up. Thats what i observed.

  • @TheArtistsLloft2011 well your observations don't tell the true story, the NBA is not dead. Just look at Rondo did last night

  • @munkyman951919 Your observations dont do you any good, when you have 4 hof's you could get anything you want, Stockton was better

  • @TheArtistsLloft2011 I'm talking about the fact that Rondo played with a dislocated elbow last night, pay attention to the league... this has nothing to do with John Stockton, I would agree that Stockton is a better player than Rondo. I'm making clear that players today still play with determination and heart, as Rondo's performance proves. But if we're discussing John Stockton, Modern superstar Derrick Rose is headed to becoming a better player than John Stockton was.

  • @TheArtistsLloft2011 I wasn't talking about a comparison between Stockton and Rondo, I was talking about the fact that when Rondo dislocated his elbow he didn't cry at all, he somehow played through it.

  • for some reason im not seeing the "schooling" here. Sorry but the moves Jordan did were not all that spectacular. A couple of reverse layups and a One handed dunk of a steal??? Yeah NO ONE has ever done that before. MJ def had some highlights during his career. These just werent them

  • @stewwalk

Schooled = Teaching you a lesson... MJ gets blocked by Robinson then comes back and takes two right at him and says" ok big guy lets see if you can block these!!". He gets Robinson in the air twice and does two reverse layups in his face. Robinson is helpless against those moves. = SCHOOLED!

  • you can robinson say "get that out of here" at 0:05 lol

  • lol after he blocked mj he looked straight at the ground for a good 4 or 5 seconds, cuz he knew what he had done, and what was about to go down...

  • why don't they do this anymore?

  • Well, That's a good story for your grandchildren.

  • Why isnt Jordan on the Olympic team?

  • @hailhopes up until 1992, only college players are allowed to play basketball in the olympics.

  • lol 0:05-0:08 the beast has awoken....

  • @farizzal sound like a bull!

  • @farizzal lmao

  • How come they don't do that anymore ? Olympic Team and The All Stars ? Some one reply ASAP !

  • @alan1sauceda the olympic team is the nba all stars now. back then the olympic team was all amature/college players

  • @alan1sauceda

because now the all stars play in the olympics lol

  • lol hangtime 2 and a half seconds

  • @snrub92 ..........

i am pretty sure that was supposed to reply to someone else.... haha my bad. and fyi, no idea :P
