@MrJaysChannel it might be a good supplemental dvd course...but by no means will you be a muay thai fighter..nor be well trained in the martial art. YOU WILL NOT BECOME A GOOD FIGHTER FROM THIS ALONE..nothing can substitute in person instruction...
