I'm playing Titania in my local theatre's production of this play, and this scene makes me sad. She's so kick butt awesome here, but later on it's all, Oberon:"So, I cursed you, made you fall in love with a donkey, and stole your kid while you were still drugged up. We're cool, right?" Titania:"*beams* Totally!"
If only Shakespeare could've made Oberon apologize, and for them to raise the kid /together/. Much better ending.
I played Titania, I think she's one of the best characters in shakespear's operas.. Loved her

I am playing Titania and I absolutely love her until the end when she just forgives him! Why does she not punch in his face? Geez!

It's amazing how much they cut out of her speech, but the pace really doesn't allow for the whole thing.
