Interesting recording. It is dominated by one woman's voice. I guess I found that jarring, as I am used to hearing it sung by many voices in the ensemble of a huge choir . I like your description of Taizé. However, it's worth noting that the "Bless the Lord" text is neither "Christian" nor part of a "Gospel message" - it's from the Psalms, that is, an Old Testament book. The reference to "God's wholly name" is in fact strikingly Jewish rather than Christian.
