Not really spookey, likely sad, the way clothes are on hangers and old as they are people left in a hurry or the last survivor of that family died a long time ago, possibly there somewhere, leaving the house as you see it, if that happened in the 70's the road to that house would be long gone by 09, the hanging clothes looked more like 60"s. A mystery i would have to dig into if i was you :)
