Hey, I have a tip about the mag wobble. If you take some black tape, gorilla works well. And tape it around the mag once, right under the nub, then you will have no wobble at all. It may be kind of tricky to get it out for the first few times, but it gets much easier.

That gun sounds relatively weak. It almost sounds like the motor is having trouble pulling the spring. Like my brothers gun. He upgraded the spring to one the motor cant quite handle. Most E1s sound beastly stock and have a great ROF and FPS. What is the ROF on this m14? Im looking at buying one but i want one with a good ROF. Good review. 5* and subscribed. Keep it up guys

Afliss I'm glad this gun has worked out for without any need for upgrade or repair for two years, but how long ago did you put the more powerful battery in? because if you upgrade your battery to too high a voltage without upgrading your internals your going to shred your gears eventually

i got this gun. i gotta say... holy crap. I've had it for almost 2 years now and it has seen so much abuse. but it still keeps on gettin me kills. Let me tell you, if you want a mad accurate, powerful and mobile gun, This is the right pick. its so powerful i was able to lodge a .20g bb in my friends vest as 20 yards. no modifications, straight out of the box (except i put a new battery in. Now the compartment won't close but i ramped up my rate of fire almost 2X)

all high caps need to be winded. only certain box magazines (like the one that goes on the SAW) have electric winders. however, u can get a regular winding mag, then buy a auto winder. it attaches to the bottom of the mag and it winds the winder wheel with a push of a button

the hop up basically gives the BB a bigger spin, so it makes it fly farther, but that depends on how your shooting it, if your shooting it against the wind then its not gonna be that different, but if your shooting in a calm area then you can notice a big difference

the battery actually does have to do with the gun's fps.. its not only the spring that makes the fps, the gears also spin the bullets giving it a faster shot. Also, have you tried shooting an electric airsoft gun without the battery? Or even extremely low battery? The sound will be off and it will arc terribly.

The battery makes the gearbox pull the spring back. It doesn't matter if the spring is being pulled back slowly, when it gets fired, it goes the same speed.

Easiest way to fix the wobble is to take electrical tape (To blend with the clip) and wrap it maybe once or twice maybe 3 times around the top and voilet! no more wobble.
