never been on the dyno, car has been totally changed from what is shown in this vid, it'll prob make about 800hp, give or take, but the engine and fuel, etc is good for over 1000hp, but the turbo won't support that.
My dad built a pro street 1980 Ford stepside with a 351 Clevor - bored .030" over, Australian rods, B&A street-boss intake, a NOS plate shot system, and still retains the AC system for comfy street driving. I read in the '86 SVO catalogue, the Cleveland head conversion is an easy 50hp bolt-on. Nice car AND motor.
still undergoing some LPG fuel system mods, added another pair of converters, so far it has 4 converters, 4 locks, 4 lines, 4 tank outlets, feeding from two tanks. She's almost finished, give it a few weeks.
minimal, drilled 6 holes, fitted 4 freeze plugs to block up the water passages at end of heads. Not worth doing it unless you have heads already, off the shelf windsor alloys are more cost effective, I only did this as I had a very good set of the 2V irons.
Sounds very healthy

Where is the piping from the turbo to the intercooler or inlet manifold?

Its invisible magic piping, comes and goes as it wants.
