America is a corporation because the people are the share holders, we all own stock in the government, congress is the board of directors, and the president is the CEO. Their job is to enact laws and policies to protect America. They spend money, and they bring in money. They do all the same things as a corporation does. There just different.

We do not have to research him, we know him and he will never hold another office in NC, nor, will he carry his "home" state. That should tell you something about this guy. He is worthless.
