The robot at 3:04 looks to be same one used in those "Robot Vs the Aztec Mummy" films -- another entertaining cheese-fest to check out. I saw all these films as a kid and I turned out just fine. (And I'm proud to say the world is a better place without the 12 jobless losers now buried beneath my sun porch.)

Mark Jordan Legan is a C**k S***er! I'm so tired of these no talent half wits coming on and talking down to old films. These films were pure genius. If you want to talk about the worst cinematic crap that's ever been made then talk about the soulless saccharin CGI infested atrocities we got playing in the theaters now. I'm sure he's getting a fat check for doing this too. Mark should ask himself when he sits down to dinner where his meal came from. It came from these old "crap" films.

I'd lay cash money that SANTA CLAUS (the Mexican one with Pitch) is one of these K Gordon Murray things. I am possitive that THE ROBOT VS THE AZTEC MUMMY and SAMSON vs THE VAMPIRE WOMEN are also from him.

If you mean the robot the martians had in SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS, then no- AZTEC MUMMY's robot was more elaborate and stiffer, and had a visible human face- I don't remember a robot in the Mexican SANTA at all. (Pretty sure CONQUERS is american made, anyway.)

Well, one crappy silver-painted cardboard box robot looks very like another- But I compared them side by side, and AZTEC's robot has different chest details with lights and solid aluminum legs and arms- MARTIAN's has a less elaborate body and what looks like flexble ducting for arms and legs.

This is nothing. Have you ever seen Santa Claus Conquers the Martians? Can you imagine a grown man in a creepy polar bear costume stalking two kids? Well you don't have to, just watch SCCTM.

It's horrendously hilarious.

The polar bear costume was so laughably bad, I can't imagine a child being afraid of it...now a relatively normal looking guy running around a forest catching kids with a butterfly net...good old fashion nightmare fuel!

I've seen this movie in its original Spanish version (it's here on YouTube!). It's so silly and filled with corny dialogue and slapstick that the supposed "creepy" factor gets totally erased. And yes, they gave Little Red Riding Hood a singing voice older than her also.

His films were awful!..but he did put his name on some good Mexican horror films like 'Curse Of The Doll People' and 'Curse Of The Crying Woman' and 'The Vampire'.

I blame the crappy dubbing, the movie is not that bad, many jokes are lost because of the dub (and giving red an adult woman voice was a bad choice) as for the torture, attack of the monsters, etc. they are Monsters, they are just doing their job, for christ sake!

Uh...sorry, you CANNOT defend this movie - it is an acid trip nightmare - it deserves to be mocked. It IS entertaining - for all the wrong reasons. Don't be so sensitive Mexi.

I'm not being sensitive, I'm just saying that the movie doesnt deserve that much of trashing, I have seen it in spanish and the movie has its good jokes. even with the low budget costumes, its pretty entretaining, and I do love seen the monsters singing and being evil.
