I REALLY hope Arm catches on for netbooks.

non x86 computers are a good thing. Will become increasingly important as energy becomes more expensive.

I gather they're aiming to get arm into datacentres too

The kernel needed to be ported to ARM. There is an ARM ubuntu but it only works on a few processors.

I see an XFCE desktop! That's what I use, too, on my netbook :D
