It's not the same chords, so no rip off.

Cliff verse is Dmaj - Gmaj - Dmin7 - Cmaj - Dmaj

While Oasis verse is Dmin7 - Gmaj/D - Gmin/D - Dmaj.

If you pick up a guitar and tune it to drop D and play these chords, you can clearly see how Noel did write this song, by an accident(kind of:)).

@IbanezFreysi Noel Gallagher himself has always admitting ripping people off, then going back and "changing the chords a bit", so he "won't be sued". So it's possible he got this from Cliff and then changed it a tad after.

Devil Woman is a fantastic song and Sir Cliff is awsome. I hear the similarity in what was broadcast hear, however, it would have been great to hear the rest of Oasis song. Good music is good music, regardless of artist or style. Thank you for posting.

I totally agree and cannot abide the snide remarks people make just 'cos they think it clever to diss our Cliff and i am quite frankly astounded that they are still playing Oasis as they are middle-aged now and surely far too ancient to make the playlist!!!!!
