I think the MM are suppose to represent the classic G1 figure itself, not the characters. Still, pretty nice display piece.

My wife is really into these figures as well. We have the same transformers figures you have (didn't like the goofy grin on bb's face). What I found interesting is the recommended age for MMs is higher than TFs.

yeah, the MMs are a bit of an oddity. you really love them or you destest them. no two ways about them. but that's interesting on the MM's recommended age. my wife loves them too, she thinks they're cute
