It's not a "pity parade", Heath played an awesome Joker and made his "cheap makeup" and "second hand store" clothes memorable.

That's why I think Heath's version of Joker should be in a video game, just not MK vs DC that's all.

Dude, read below. Using Heath Ledger's Joker would be a BIG mistake. Listen to the review again. TMK has some very good and valid points. The only read good thing about using Heath Ledger's Joker is just because we would remember what an incredible job he did in TDK. Also, it's a bad thing because you'll get these people (and I guess I'm one of them) who will be somewhat offended seeing heath Ledger's Joker get killed or whatever at the end of the match. It's slightly disrespectful in a way.

Well think about it, Heath died THIS year and this game comes out THIS year, that my friend is the problem.

You see if this game came out like say, 5 years later and they used Heath's version of Joker, it probably wouldn't be as offensive because everyone would be over it, cause let's face it, they have to get over it eventually, people die, that's life.

But it's a little too soon to start using his likeness for a game that allows you to kill your defeated and defenseless opponent.

It's not about knowing the guy. It's about how you feel. And most people feel how I feel. You're the only person to respond in this way. I see what you're saying though, but the point is, having a Heath-Joker in the game would just be plain stupid anyway. It's about the comics (and maybe the cartoons), NOT the films.

lol they did not take off the fatalities, I killed Superman at E3 with Scorpion...toasted his ass! All MK vs DCU characters have fatalities EXCEPT the DC Universe "good guy" characters eg: Superman,Batman,Flash they have brutalities insteed.

I agree 100% in regards to using this render instead of Heath Ledger's Joker. Anyway, as for the render itself, it's definately my favourate DC render. Maybe my favourate all round. I was impressed with what they did. I love how The Joker stands in the game itself too, with his fists up like some kind of 1920's boxer. It's how he would be in a fight and they nailed that I think. I am looking forward to playing as The Joker and kickin' ass! Nice review TMK.
