  • eat pineapple for better boobs, and watermelon is natural viagra.

  • wow this video actually scared me. thats a LOT of fruit O_O id be really constipated if i ate all of those bananas..

  • How do you eat it all!! I'm full after 1 Banana!!

  • eating fruits only or a vegetarian or vegan diet is not healthy........you need different kinds of food....fish, meat, dairy products etc. Have you heard of the brahmin diet?

  • hello? uhm protien? you dont have a balanced diet. congrats your becoming malnutrition!

  • dragon fruit.. aren't they also called pitihaya?

  • Do you eat more than this now?

  • I decided to try your diet. I've been vegan for 2 years but I put on too much fat. I also excersise regularly.

Do you advocate eating nuts, seeds, leafy greens, and vegetables as well? Also, do you believe that the vitamin requirements (b-12, iron etc) are just brainwashed nonsense?

  • @porlino87 nevermind what I said about the greens :) but I'm still curious about how you feel about vitamin requirements of b-12. Am I brainwashed to think that I need b-12?

  • I love clicking off on Ads before they tell me what their selling!!! That's allot of fruit, I'd be a little concerned with blood sugar spikes whatever, but she seems fine, make that hella fine! :)

  • @bloodswetandgears Check out her recent videos. She looks even hotter. ;P

  • @jellyknees909 When you accept the truth you won't want to follow the SAD lifestyle.

  • That's like 3500 calories, wow, you must workout a lot to burn that off. Although I suppose it's clean so anything you don't burn won't turn into fat? I don't know...

  • wow ... just from this clip i can see the massive results from your more recent ones.

Im a convert, no more kfc :) thanks for the inspiration. much love :)

  • I still can't believe that you eat all this in one day and having this beautiful body! o_O

  • Freelea, I am on day 2, 100%raw. Already I have a surge in enery :) The only issue I have is excessive bloatedness of my lower tummy. It's getting quite uncomfortable, what is it? and will it pass soon? (I'm drinking galons of water) Thanks :-)

  • do you get a stomach pain when you eat those two pineapples? i just ask cause if i eat to much pineapple it upsets my stomach =(

  • so much fiber! I'm afraid to risk trying this diet

  • I FIND i dont want to eat pineapples and only can eat bananas if very brown im loving acashi fruit at moment

  • This diet is simply not healthy or sustainable over a long period. Too much fruit and no mention of her protein source, Might be ok for a few days but not enough vegetables or high quality protein. I worry growing teens might want to emulate this diet and be steered in the wrong direction. The lack of nutrition in this diet will eventually show up with poor muscle tone and lethargy.

  • @jellyknees909 this sounds unhealthy and unsustainable to you because you are one of those people who is completely brainwashed when it comes to nutrition, who thinks there is no protein in anything but the milk, meat or eggs of another animal. funny how you standard dieters think that fruits and veggies lack nutrition, when in fact it is the highest nutritious food there is for humans. but of course you are going to ignore this because you only want to hear good things abou your bad habits. :)

  • @thatfruitarianchick Food nazis are always suuuuper concerned with other peoples' "bad habits." The main nutrient in a fruititarian diet must be schadenfreude.

  • @thatfruitarianchick I am a vegetarian and I didn't see one item that contains any protein in all that fruit. You would need to eat some legumes and quinoa just to get close to a complete protein. Soy can be good but the jury is still out on if it more beneficial or harmful as it seems to be a thyroid function disruptor. Also almost all soy is GMO. Also you should do some research on carnosine. Contributes to the reason why vegetarians live as long as moderate omnivores, not longer.

  • @thatfruitarianchick I would say-where is are the nuts, seeds and ?

  • @thatfruitarianchick The only problem with your little theory is that any organic food (unless wild) is going to be totally lacking in nutrients, unless farmers re-mineralize their soil. Not to mention it's already scientifically been proven that organic, grass fed meat is good for us because of the fat and fat soluble vitamins. Not to mention all the evidence provng fruitarianism is horrible for your health. But whatever. I'll live longer than Freelea. I win.

  • @thatfruitarianchick It is possible to be a vegetarian and live perfectly healthy, but eating only fruit is beyond ridiculous. And you talk about people being brainwashed and only wanting to hear good things about their bad habits? Get real please.., 12 year old kids who go to school these days could tell you what nutients you lack while only consuming fruit.....

  • @jellyknees909

where do chimps get their protein.......where do horses get their protein?

  • @jellyknees909 i agree. i know plenty of vegetarians. and guess what, they all look like shit. their skin is terrible.

  • in italy we don't have "dragon fruit" :(

  • Freelea, in this video you are radiant and seem happy. Why not anymore?

  • @30BADcult oh great another jealous groupie. Check out my latest video, can I get much happier?

  • @Freelea I love who you are, you are sweet and caring, I just worry.

  • @30BADcult Don't worry hun, I have a mum for that ;-)

  • @30BADcult I think you are confusing her innocuous shyness with her more extrovert personality that she has now :)

  • Hey Freelea, I know you go through a bunch of comments but I had a video idea. Could you post how to deal with family members when going on this lifestyle? My parents would think I was being extremely unheathy if I told them I was interested in being completely raw. So just some tips on how to present the idea and assure them you're being healthy would be very helpful. Thanx !

  • Thank you, great videos!

  • This is all very inspiring, I would pay attention to the fact that the human civilization has been tempering with nature and cross breeding, creating more sweety fruits and more inflammatory fruits, it's seems logical to me to pay attention to balance the fruit nutrition wisely and to stick to a lot of sour fruits and veg's next to the sweeter ones.

  • how does calories not matter when you are eating just raw food? I understand that not all calories are made equal, but i just don't understand how you can eat what to all other diet knowledge would be an excessive amount of calories and remain so thin?

  • I'm not ready to go all fruit yet but it's inspiring to know that it's possible and still be healthy. There is so much conflicting advice out there. It seems like everyone has an agenda and they all want you to believe their way. I'm like, "I don't care!!! Stop trying to sell me a used car and just give me the facts!!!" Anyway, maybe I'll try it for a few weeks and see how I feel.

  • Freela, I am so in awe of you!!! so inspired, but i can't help but be somewhat confused when i listen to all the negative things people say about eating excess amounts of fruit... about all the sugar, that eventually turns into fat etc etc.... blood sugar levels, carb cravings.. but watching you has made me see that obviously its BS, can you explain why people give fruit such a bad wrap.. especially when on a diet?

  • I want to live in a place just like that I'm so fucking jelly

  • hey :) I'm also vegan. but i think you eat to much fruits and need more greens instead of those. I know sweet fruits are yummie, but not the best for your teeth and blood sugar.

    greetings from germany :)

  • @kuhvonhinten You should look at her videos and then make the judgement. If it´s not obvious by just looking at her; she is really healthy and also has nice teeth. Enough said.

  • Which spiral cutter would you suggest we buy?

  • You are awesome!! I'm a vegan too. Also gluten free.

    And you are just lovely.

  • You are awesome!! I'm a vegan too. Also gluten free.

  • the bananas that you showed are called manzano bananas, they're the most delicious bananas i'll eat. They aren't as mushy as regular bananas but they're firm and dense and super tasty

  • Two whole pineapples in one sitting!? WTF!!? Isn't the acid content of that much pineapple bad for your teeth!?

  • Dragon fruit, such a cool name haha. l roll my eyes at the way you eat, but you seem to be a really nice girl and are well spoken. All the best.

  • This is toooooooooo much!!!

  • when I was on mono I had a lot of energy and great skin. then i discovered raw gourmet foods which were less boring, but gave me acne :(. i'm trying to figure out how to do mono and not go crazy figuring out how to transport all that fruit to work :D

  • I am 20 and am a raw food vegan. I actually prefer fruit. Its the only thing that doesn't make me feel sick. Its also a no-fail weight loss plan and I've lost 20lbs so far. :)

  • There isn't any fructose in fruit

  • @EmzilyD lol soooo wrong, many fruits are loaded with huge amounts of Fructose.

  • @1madaboutguitar well i'm sure that everyone knows that fruits are good for you and if you look at her you see the proof that an all fruit and vegetable diet works

  • @EmzilyD Im sorry, thats a diversion. We weren't talking about whether fruits and veg are good for you for not. You said fruit doesn't contain Fructose, it does. Some in high amounts. So you were wrong. Its that simple.

  • sounds like an overconsumption of fructose to me.

  • @sclaysdharma Don't believe the BS low carbers are telling you about fructose. What they forget to mention is, the fatty liver disease is only associated with PURE CRYSTALLIZED FRUCTOSE. This is because fructose in its pure crystallized form is treated as a poison when ingested, so it goes to the liver for elimination. If you consume the whole fruit, the body will metabolize the fructose just as it does any other natural sugar.

  • @rpmangin continued, in fact, table sugar, or even high fructose corn syrup, may not have the same toxic effect on the liver as pure fructose does.

  • @rpmangin Hmmm, All three dietary monosaccharides are transported into the liver by the GLUT 2 transporter. Fructose and galactose are phosphorylated in the liver by fructokinase (Km= 0.5 mM) and galactokinase (Km = 0.8 mM). Uptake of fructose by the liver is not regulated by insulin. However, insulin is capable of increasing the abundance and functional activity of GLUT5 in skeletal muscle cells.

  • Comment removed

  • @sclaysdharma How the heck do these (low-fat) vegans, raw or cooked, never develop fatty liver then? I guess that's one of those conditions that's supposedly caused by fat and carbs together, along with other genetic and lifestyle risk factors. I guess no matter what you eat, you're putting stress on SOME organ.

  • @rpmangin yea, so you might as well stress your liver since you are gonna die from something. lol!

  • @rpmangin Its a disease of excess fat

  • @Freelea So you're saying those studies saying high fructose corn syrup has the same effect on the liver as alcohol are BS (not that I am advocating excess consumption of high fructose corn syrup, or any added sugar for that matter)?

  • Hey Freelea, quick question here - what would you have to say about eating cooked broccoli? Obviously it is not as good as raw, but I am still in transition, and I find that eating cooked broccoli helps me to greatly decrease my cravings for things like bread and grain products.

  • Im going to increase my fruit and veg intake now :)

  • thats an insane amount of calories , i mean theyre good calories but still how do you not gain weight from eating that much fruit???

  • Hello, I was just wondering- how much should one eat if there is only one hour of exercise or no exercise at all? Say I am sedentary for a full day- what should I eat then? THANKS! :-)

  • I am now on day 5 of a 5 day fruit/juice fast and I feel great. I am missing eating though! Probably why I weigh so much. Was 180 at the beginning of the fast. I am looking to change all that though. That was the reason for the fast. I am inspired by how you eat and (of course) how you look. The question is how much does it cost for all of this food? I don't have a garden (yet!) and I do have a budget. Looking to do this without breaking the bank. Any tips?

  • @stephanolio24 Bananas and dates, non organic if you'd rather. Even on most other fruits in the UK you can do $8 a day at maximum.

  • @jjay75 I wish most fruits in the US were that cheap. If I could live on just fruit for $8/day here in the US, I'd be a very very very very very very very happy man!

  • I am so glad to have found your videos. i saw you on theliferegenerator's channel. Anyhow. Now I know why I was unable to stay raw & kept looking for cooked foods. I felt like I was eating too much when I ate 2 plates of letteuce & veggies. I had the mentality of do not over eat or emotionally eat. I appreciate you putting this out there. I think I can do this now.

  • thank you thank you thank you! you really changed my life!

  • "go do a job" In America, it's called turning a trick

  • is this in thailand? I am in bkk :)

  • Can you eat one fruit per meal, and does it matter what kind of fruit it is? I got the idea you only eat 1 fruit per meal? Is that 3 fruit a day? except your last meal? I wasn't sure the exact answer.

  • I have had gout for years, and tried just about everything without success.I reduced meat to, minimum once

a week, stopped alcohol altogether.I was having LOTS of fruit and vegetables and my gout was worsening.

Finally I have read something about Excessive fructose increasing uric acid.I experimented reducing my fruit

intake to 1 a day, and bingo within days I saw a dramatic improvement.

  • The book sounds interesting. Ill def give it a look. BUt unless I start making more cash than I do ill probably wont be able to afford this kind of diet. There are very little trees I know of around to pick fruit, I can get only mangoes and lemons sometimes that way. I have Papaya plant in the yard but it gives papaya like once or twice a year. Veggies on the other hand i have a bunch in my yard.

  • Hi freelea Ive just started off doing the 80 10 10 diet today, im just wondering how do you get used to eating that much in one go, Ive blended up 3 large bananas with water and am feeling super full after, so im worried about getting enough calories from fruit if i get full so quick. Will it get easier as time goes by?

  • Thanks for all the info! Appreciated.

  • I just don't understand how this eating 98% fruit works for you...If I put too much fruit in my green smoothie in the morning (about 50%) I get turned off by how sugary it tastes. You're beautiful by the way.

  • I dont think that this diet is healthy for long term of period. You can cleans yourself for 2 weeks or so but not for longer. And I dont think your videos are good example for younger girls or boys who have weight issues. I am vegetarian , and thinking to become vegan.... but i would never ever doo or suggest fruit diet. and i dont beleive that eating 15 bananas a day is healthy. even 1 banana is high is sugar, not talking about 15!!!!!!! didnt not mean to be rude, but true...

  • This is something I REALLY want to do. But Im just wondering, If you eat every hour/couple of hours, how much calories per day do you eat? In a world where it is rammed home to us how important calorie counting is.... You look FANTASTIC! I wanna look like you. Is your diet just fruit, and nothing else? Thanks :-)

  • Ive tried this for two days, and this is definitively not for me. The amount of fruit i have to eat to feel satiated is ridiculous. It left me somewhat dizzy as well, Idk if its because im hypoglycemic. But the amount of food to cover the calories is ridiculous. Also organic fruit its not cheap here to be eating them in these volumes. Id rather incorporate things with more calories per unit of volume to keep me going longer. Its more efficient. I like the raw diet, just not restricted to fruit

  • @tedoymisojos it might help to read the 80/10/10 book by Dr. Graham. It explains everything about the fruitarian diet, and it explains the dizziness/ lightheaded feeling one could experience upon beginning the diet. It has nothing to do with the fruit itself, which really surprised me at first, but then it makes sense. Even if you choose not to do follow through with the diet, the book itself is quite an interesting read. Good luck!

  • Do you have any cavities?

  • @MrToothgrinder I know that Harley (Durianrider) says he has perfect teeth (and does by the looks of things!)

I think it's exaggerated about fruit rotting your teeth... people always say this stuff and it's never really true hehe

Anyway, you can always offset it by swishing things like xylitol and oregano and that around your mouth, but I dunno if it's necessary o.O

  • Ah Dragonfruit! If only it grew in England.

  • those seem like such big portions! doesnt your belly fill up after just one pineapple?

  • @emptyandcognizant It takes a LOT of fruit to calm the feeling of being starving. Do the experiment one day

  • Hi, Do you have any suggestions on falling off the wagon so to speak...I start out great in the morning, but then by night time Im craving cooked foods like sauteed onions and things like that, I also breastfeed at the moment and wonder how much more raw foods I would need to keep from being depleted. I appreciate any helpful hints you can pass my way!:)

  • I hope you are taking a B-12 supplement because otherwise you're going to have serious problems on your hands in the future.

  • @defjamv89 Anyone, regardless of diet not taking B12 supplementation is going to have serious problems in the future. It's somewhat variable person to person, but most if not all of the worlds population need more B12, even and especially meat eaters.

  • i really love vegan diet but may i have a word with you,on ur website u said ppl say how tender the steak is yet pet their dog, well u pull out the carrots n eat them(kill it) yet say how beautiful ur flowers r....????? vegans can be a bit 1 sided,i love animals, they r the only thing i love....but as im a dog phsychologyst being a predator with ur dog isnt bad at all. just a thought.kepp up the good work btw

  • @wolfsrain0000 Well animals are sentient beings and carrots are not, that's the difference.

  • @foxyroxytm no :) we r all one,one lifesource one energy :) we r all part of each other,no differance :P

  • Someone has the nerve to say her skin is pale and she's bloated?? Go away! Ignorance. People can find their own way and clearly you haven't found yours if you made it to this video and need to talk like that

  • @Kissiq1618 if it is excessive it can be socially disruptive.esp for girls.

  • Those are apple bananas, and the water in fruits (and veggies) is 'organic water', something you can't get anywhere else but from a living plants.

  • You can always tell a frutarian by their poor skin complexion. This girl looks pale, pasty, and has a blotchy complexion. Not enough vegetables? Not enough leafy greens? Not enough soaked seeds and nuts? What's the deal here? To date I've never seen a frutarian that radiates good health or has that "raw vegan glow". Hell, I've seen junk food eaters that look healthier than this girl.

Have fun with your fruit experiment.

  • You go girl!!! I can't believe all the Haters!?!?!

You are obviously doing your research and you look...

    AMAZING!!!

You are radiant and beaming with loving energy!!!

Your vids and some meat processing vids have started me leaning towards a raw vegan lifestyle...but I fear i will lose alot of my size.

Any idea how many calories or how much fruit I will need to consume to maintain

!85lbs on a 6'1" frame..when i work in the construction trades and work HARD all day long...your input appreciated

  • Ok this is great.. just, how am I supposed to afford to eat like that everyday?

  • @TheMushshroom @TheMushshroom Make it happen. Buy fruit from the 'bargain bin' ~ generally the fruit is just ripe therefore they throw it out. Cut back in other areas of your life where you waste money and put your health first always. You will end up saving money on Dr visits, prescription drugs, surgeries, health care so it makes this lifestyle VERY affordable in the long term.

  • but how many calories do i need on this diet? im 140lbs and 5ft4 ... i have lots of muscle but want to lean out :)

I dont know how much i need? do i just eat untill im totally full everytime i get hungry?

i only need 1400-1500calories according to websites, is that what i eat with fruit?

  • @DarlingKaya I dont know about you but im like 5'11 and weigh 140 pounds. Im pretty active and take weight/strength training 1-3 times a week. According to websites I need about 2200-2500 calories to maintain my caloric needs. If one wants to put on muscle mass you would need to aim for a little more calories. To lose weight you would do the opposite. 1 banana is about 100 calories. That can give you an idea about how much you should eat. 1500 calories seems to little tho if your an adult.

  • @DarlingKaya @DarlingKaya Aim for at LEAST 2500 on this lifestyle. 2500 calories from fruits and greens is not going to work the same in the body as 2500 calories from junk. You really need to pack it in on this lifestyle to succeed

  • @DarlingKaya 1400 or 1500 in metabolic is basal metabolism you have to put the rest of the calories (the calories that you wast in your activitis.

  • Yuck! I would rather just be on a water fast than eat 900 calories worth of bananas in one sitting.

  • @thegorn68 well you obviously haven't experienced the level of health that I have. It changes everything.

  • @Freelea Sorry, just not a banana fan. They're okay. But not enough to eat that many a day. Some variety for God's sake?

  • not trying to be negztive, but try a few beans in your diet as well

  • @99cachorro haha no i'm fine thanks

  • @Freelea but I thought beans were also a fruit lol... actually I agree with your diet. problem would be insecticides.

  • you must produce serious amounts of flatuence. that amount of fruit woulld give you 120 grams of fiber !! i take 4 to 6 fruits a day and 2 serving of veg a day which gives me 30 to 40 grams of fiber a day.

  • @keeyk118b Nope I bet you have TONS more than I do. When I wake in the morning after a BM, there is NOTHING in my intestinal tract to rot and give me flatulence because fruit digests SO easily and quickly = no back up and gas.

  • @Freelea actually i do not produce much flatuence either.you do not take any milk or soy ? for protein?

  • @Freelea I eat 300g meat every day, tons of saturated fat : I never fart. When I ate fruit (I gotta admit this), I didn't fart a lot either. When I ate grains and seeds though, I farted a lot. I'm just telling you this to make clear your lifestyle isn't better than any lifestyle. I love the primal diet, you love vegan. It works for both of us, isn't that great?

  • @keeyk118b Another brainwashed person!

  • @keeyk118b she farts for Australia

  • Hi! so i have question.... i am TRYING to eat only fruits and veg but towards the end of the day i get HORRIBLE sugar cravings and i rarely can stop myself! im not over weight im just trying to get healthy but these craving are killing me! HELP!?!? any suggestions on how to manage the cravings and or why im getting them so badly?

  • @Loverlykris10

Do you exercise enough? Brisk walking for 40 minutes in the morning, and then push-ups and crunches in the evening?

Exercise will make you crave not sugers, but what your body really needs: Water, fruit and veg, protein etc. So "dieting" alone is bloody hard work and most likely doomed to failure.

Diet is half the battle, whilst exercise is the other half. Use them together and you will find it a lot easier.

  • @Loverlykris10 You are not eating enough calories from fruit.

  • @Freelea thats a pretty dumb statement. Cows eat grass and there is about no calories in grass.... if you prefer, go eat Burger King and stay "healthy" Then ask how Gorillas are that big on a 95% fruit diet..

  • @Loverlykris10 i watched a show with DR.oz try pine nuts

  • Wow the responses to your video are so ignorant. Keep up the good work! You look extremely healthy.... Beautiful and vibrant!

  • @jnh0627 Thank you so much! Check out my latest vids x

  • ôi! 2 trái thơm,ngon thiệt.

  • excellent video

  • this is really imbalanced here, really imbalanced. eat more meat and veg, way less fruit.

  • wow that's a lot of sugar, i hope you don't get diabetes.

  • Pineapples!!! They are SO acidic! Can you give advice on how to eat fruits without developing ulcers?? Because my mom used to love pineapples and all kinds of fruits, and now she has a problem with ulcers and need to get check ups every year (it's come to a point that it's serious). I'd really love to "try it out" but the acidity is extremely worrying. Any advice would be great, I'd actually want to try eating more fruits. Thanks.

  • @sashmiller93 Fruits including pineapples are actually alkaline once it is digested. Your mother's ulcers where probably caused by other things in her diet (maybe meat, dairy, bread, pasta) or stress. Fruits are very safe for the body and the easiest to digest.

  • This video is a response to Actress Brittany Murphy Dead at 32

    Really...

I hope you slip on a banana peel and split your head in two.

  • your voice sounds and you look exhausted and your eyes look glazed over. you voice actually sounds throaty like you need some water...you really don't look or sound like a healthy functioning person.

  • wait, i'm confused. You eat all of that or just some of it for your fruit a day?

  • Where do you get your essential fats? Avocados, nuts? If you don't get those fats, eventually your hair and nails will turn brittle.

  • Haha, I'd be quite angered if someone watching my house ate all the leaves off my trees.

  • Is eating 10-15 pieces fruit a day much?

  • @emin257 Be careful listening to this idiot. She's a liar. Look at her physique. Lovely woman, very pretty, who claims to eat (in other places ) in excess of 6000 cal and/or 35lbs a day in fruit. Almost no veg, 0 nuts, no grains, no complete protein. She'd be morbidly obese and possibly dead if she really did this.

  • @MichaelnChristine its so sad that you have no clue what you are talking about

  • @sierranevadaz Way to set me straight. Are you saying that you can eat A - 6000kcal a day B - 35lbs of any fruit or C - 50 Bananas everyday and be healthy while being unathletic? Set me straight. Explain how it's possible. Go look at her videos. Her food log videos state0 that she drank 2 liters of OJ, 6liters of water and 50 Bananas and that's it. She recommended doing the same for others. You think that's a healthy vegan or vegetarian diet? Are you saying bananas secretly have fat?

  • How much do you exercise a day? I love fruits, I could eat that much without even forcing myself, but all this comes up to about 3,000 calories and there is no way I could find the time to run long enough to burn the extra off.

  • Thank you!!! I'm now doing a banana cleanse. 30 a day! It's just been 3 days so far, and dag gone I'm sleepy. Lol. Your a great help!! I'm loving the simplicity of this food plan. My goal is 80/10/10. Wish me luck!! :)

  • @kellyannmullen Good luck! And remember, never give up!

  • Well of course you can eat fruit when youre in the hot sweaty outback

  • Are you vegan on a raw food diet?

  • It's a shame that Fructose is hepatotoxic (liver damaging). It is surprisingly toxic even in low doses.

  • @MrChimei wrong!!!!

  • @sierranevadaz

Proove me wrong, instead of typing 'wrong!!!!' like a fool.

  • "these greens are one of my faverite so.. yea it didn't have a chance against me" Yea shes sure being sustainable to the plants alright:/

  • Freelee, i have a BIG question for you, and i dont know if you have actually touched on this subject, but please i would love an in depth answer. I am trying VERY hard to conceive my first child and want to undergo the 80-10-10 diet to get my body on track. Do you menstruate or ovulate with this diet. You in particular. If you dont menstruate, do you ovulate and do you plan on having children or do you have any? thanks. if you do, do you track it?? and how often and regular is it? thanks!!

  • shes so beautilful

  • I saw you drank 2 liters of oj in ur other video, and the pinapples in this vid. Dont you worry about your teeth? that is alot of acid food/drink your consuming, course its prolly better than soda :)

  • Thanks a lot vor the Video Freelea!

Sorry, haven´t been able to read all the posts here... I would like to know how do you take this fruits to your workplace? And how you solve the practical issues of shopping, carrying and storing all this amount of fruit? When you shop, do you buy greener stuff expecting to get it ripe by when you eat it? Before you go shopping again? thanks again for sharing this with all of us interested in this kind of lifestyle

  • U wouldn't make a good wife to some 1 like me! Yeah fruit is good but u got to cook other foods amongst it, meat, chicken, rice, fish etc..

  • wow where are you?!

  • I get a really sore mouth if I eat any more than half a fresh pineapple...it literally burns my tongue. It's a shame cos I love it but my body finds it waaaay too acidic.

  • @waterbaby405 fruit is actually alkaline...

  • @7xomelissamaexo7 Yes, it's Alkalizing on the body, but I can't say it feels very alkalizing on my mouth! Try eating a couple of fresh pineapples and see if your tongue hasn't melted.

  • Wow you are beautiful! And I imagine you must taste, oh so sweet. I'd love to dine with you down under.

  • Nice videos. Where do you live?

  • The fruit you eat has exellent digestive enzymes, especialy the pineapple(bromaline?) must be great for digestion!

    Another great video! well done.

    Pigsy power!!! X

  • so u eat all of that in 1 day, thats like 3,000 calories, and do you lose weight??

  • Can't always get enough beautiful raw ripe fruit/vegs up here in the great white north in the winter. Not flying south with the birds is a mistake! So I slow down my system on some lightly cooked roots and grains for added heat calories... unless you can suggest a better idea... to keep me warm. Do you have access to a little mechanism that can harness solar energy? I would like one for Christmas! Thanks for your very informative, life transformative postings! Love hugs to you!
