@ShiruTayu No but almost every ability has a cooldown. Some don't and no cooldown is bigger than 3 minutes which are your elite skills. Hope this helped.

@Dizzabre No, engineers can even GIVE flamethrowers to others.But engineers is the only profession that can "make" a flamethrower for him/herself. The flamethrower in this clip is from a questgiver too. You just pick it up like an environmental weapon.

I find it funny how fanbois make this game out to be about standing still and downing mobs. OOook...in WoW, I can only stand still when killing easy mobs. When doing extreme soloing, raiding, PVP, I cannot stand still.

GW2 will have dodging and more dynamic combat yes, but you are a massive idiot if you think you won't be killing mobs while standing still in this game as well. Duurrrr.

@Bastarden Considering WoW has already lost 17% of its total population in this last year alone...I wouldn't count on Blizzard holding WoW up after Diablo III takes off. Plus, WoW has lost its overall appeal. GW2 may not end up as big as WoW ever was, but it's going to replace it shortly. If you have criticisms, save it until you play. As a tester, I can tell you that, yes, the central storyline is soloable, but if you want to do any of the dungeons you have to have a team and can't sit still.

@Bahriel A humanoid plant necromancer sounds logical to me. The flamethrower part is a bit weird. The Plant kingdom is really carnal. Plants are just happy growing over the corpses of others as well as their own kind.

As for flamethrower.. Hmm. If I was a sentient plant I would torch other plants so I could have more room to grow.. Because they would be competing for ground I should rightfully grow in. I hope that helps..
