@JacobShredder Comparing Paul Wardingham to Per Nilsson is just wrong. I don't know how else to explain this, but he is unique in so many ways and his style, technical skills, just everything. Just too bad with the forever delayed album x)

@masterd000 I just watched this video again and am currently scratching my head at this comment, how is that not a good comparison? Per is my absolute favorite guitar, which is how I found Paul and his SS solo covers. They're styles, atleast in this video, are almost identical. The tapping, sweeping, sliding, technicality, melodic sections and such. Almost identical but not rip-offish.

@JacobShredder Well, maybe I did exaggerate a tiny bit, but I still don't like the idea of comparing musicians, no matter how identical. It may just be a personal thing, but just the thought of putting artist up against each other like that gives me goosegumps. I'd rather enjoy great musicianship without having to judge one upon another's skills.

Then again, this is my sole opinion and I understand that some people feel divergently from this.

Now let's leave this behind. The solo is tight ;)

Hey Paul, great to hear something new from your end. Flawless playing there. Is Alvestam also doing guest vocals on that album again?

When I read that Jonas broke his arm some weeks ago I thought the Scar Symmetry guys should give you a call to replace him on the rest of their US tour, hehe. But on the other hand.... better get your album done.... can't wait to hear the final result.
