I just got a RIBBON gift from an incentive program and wish I could give it back for something of ACTUAL value! The gift selection is TERRIBLE, redemption process was not at all intuitive or convenient, and they bait and switch you on your selection from page to page. DO NOT patronize this service unless you want your beneficiary to question your judgement and character. I will NEVER waste my time participating as sketchy as this again..
