The music sounds cool and the samples that are overdub are industrial. They look like Cyberpunks from very tough neighborhoods in the future. Playing old drums and guitars from their grandparents that used to be punk rockers. I imagine 30 years later that neo generation of cyberpunk kids better not confuse them with KISS.

Cyberpunk is a fictional-social concept, it's got nothing to do with the style of music in this video. Just the band's get-up and ideas are inspired by cyberpunk like Bladerunner and Neuromancer.

have you heard of the misfits???? do they not go out in some type of "mask" and go out and put on a good show??? i mean it may not be to the magnitude as these guys but still its not some dirty kid in a t-shirt, dude just cuz your in a punk band dont mean you have to put on a shitty show and a trashy stage presence. showmanship has no genera boundaries. your completely missing the main reason why punk is what it is today, and that's expressing your self in any way u feel fit.

I never said anything about showmenship, bouncing and jumping around on stage is perfectly fine, you don't have to put on a shitty show, but looking like you're opening up for Warrant thats kinda contradictive to what you're trying to do as a punk, you're trying to rebel against Warrant.

I already told you, putting zombie makeup on is one thing but going over the top like this is another thing, and once again i liked the Danzig era where they didn't wear makeup anyway, Social Distortion wearing guyliner is one thing...but this right here is something completely over the top.

Take a search on google for Anders Friden, the vocalist of one of the leading death metal bands, and for Corpsegrinder, also the vocalist of one of the leading death metal bands.

Death metal ''people'' as you call them dont look anything like this. They look like metalheads, because they are metalheads. These guys look punk, not metal.

There are few similarities between Morbid Angel and At the Gates, for instance.

There is quite some similarities, but not enough to put them in the same subgenre, which they aint, but on the other hand, to keep this silly conversation going, Morbid Angel isnt straight-up Death Metal either. Theyre a mix between the two major subgenres of Death Metal, Namely Technical Death Metal and Brutal Death Metal. But please lets just end this. I was merely pointing out that people that play death metal (Which both Anders and Corpsegrinder do, but in different ways) dont look anything

youre right their melodeath but even then i'd agree to say that their latest stuff is a bit of a joke.. if you listen to their first few albums death metal is almost certainly what they ARE.. times move on.. but in regards to this video.. simple.. its not cyberpunk..
