Losing all hope and just embracing the pain and hatred in every way. So much so that you hope things get worse. You wish for it because the pain is all you have left.
Some see it as a love song but he mentions a girl what? once? i think its about hope in hell, but whateva floats your boat. I still think its epic even if it is about breaking up.Either way the feeling or mood of this song grasped out and grabed me like no other song has. So many feelings i get from this.

Isn't it better for a song to have meaning than to have none? This band has so many insightful songs and songs that are meant to be thought about. Songs and stories in general are written from strong feelings and emotions. Of course they have meaning. And of course they are meant to be analyzed.

This song always brings me close to tears. No song I know carries with it more meaning or more passion than this. Anger, resentment, hatred, and and underlying fear of the end. Powerful.
