  • Bonsoir ma chere Dara.

I made the celery boat as a "coming home snack" after work this evening after I watched your vid. It was great. Now, I'm watching this vid. and I wanted to share that I did watched the Noniland vid. and it was GREAT, nice visit, nice and calming, I enjoyed it very much.

Tomorrow, I am starting a 7 days Grapes Only regimen - it is very detoxing and I do this 2 times a year, will let you know how it goes cosidering it is very cold here now. Much love to you ma belle.

  • @RosalindandPearls

    love the grapes only idea.

glad you like the noniland vid. :)

much love to you and keep your shoes AND socks on! ;)

  • I freeze all the coconut that I don't use straight away. Sometimes I just use the water, so I scoop the coconut straight into a ziplock and into the freezer. It is absolutely fine once defrosted.

  • Just tried it and it was delicious! Thank you for the inspiration :)

  • Dara...pinkish or purple inside the coconuts...toss 'em?

  • This looks so yummy. Can you freeze this to make popsicles?

  • Dara, I have a hard rubber spatula that works great for getting out the inside of the coconut. It comes out in one piece.

  • Your videos are great!!!

  • Dara, when you come to jamaica , the jelly venders will do all that wk for you. we eat the Jelly 'Meat' as is . tasty!!!

  • Hi Dara, quick question about the meat from coconut...how long does it usually keep in the fridge after being removed from the coconut? This recipe sounds yummy, will have to try it. I remember as a kid having those dreamsicle popsicles. This is of course all natural and more healthier :-) Thanks for all your inspiration!

  • @1221tam

a couple of days. try freezing :) thanks!

  • Why is it called the "meat" of a coconut? Thanks! :]

  • @msamiglow

    most people say meat

i try to say jelly or fruit

    flesh sounds really weird!

  • Hi Dara,

I have a question about vanilla. How do you know when to use vanilla as a powder, or vanilla extract (in a liquid form)? I've noticed that you tend to use the vanilla in powder form. Thanks!

  • @starfishboy

i use ground vanilla from essential living foods. :)

extract has alcohol so it is the less preferred.

  • did you say you brought your vitamix with you to hawaii? can you and do you bring it with you every time you travel on a plane? thanks dara!

  • @purpleplasticcup
