I am A Angeluccis granddaughter, you completely bypassed his coffee shop, then insulted bar italics coffee, which my grandpa supplies, and if you did know stuff on soho, you'd know that Angelucci's was featured in the London guide, mentioned on guide buses, is included in a dire straits song and is famous to the celebs!!! So thanks alot for missing it out!!!
When I start filming I go into a zone where I block other people out, so i'm not sure what other people are thinking about to be honest. A foreign looking guy with a camera in London probably looks like a tourist to be fair until they hear me talking.
I can speak other languages badly so I don't very often any more :)
i've walked that street up and down, and i've never EVER paid attention to anything on it. After watching this, i cannot wait to go back to that little street! I don't know how you do it, but everything you film seems to transform into something very entertaining
Nice vid! This is another famous soho street.. in 17th - 18th centuries many Greeks lived there as well as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart lived there for a year with his father when he was 7 years old. The house that they stayed was located above Bar Italia, there is a blue plaque which says that.

Thanks Kwai. Good info and great patter to keep us interested.
Be sure to check out cafe Emm as it's quality grub at a very fair price... (Cajun chicken at around £8 and the cheesecake is to die for!)
If I'm showing people around London I always take them there for a "refuel" stop and they've all loved it - it's a gem of a place.
