  • Thank you, James. Best -

  • Best space in the big apple , this is the future after the machines takeover.

    Thanks James

  • Thank you so much for another great adventure I live in a small city in northern Ontario and would never have the opportunity to visit all of these very interesting exhibits!!!!

  • Seems wrong to block something you don't know about.

  • like the way you block art and discourse

  • Just like impressionists opposed the salon art, Post- modern art opposes modern art.

  • Hitlers eyes are looking at you Salesman. Pitch it elsewhere.

  • I totally love the "disturbing little piece" and can't wait for the Nov 7 punch. Jk, thanks again. I y R in NC CLL.

  • perfect space and content. I loved it. Thanks three times.

  • Nothing new or particularly exciting here...the random stains on the wals and the valves and piping were more interesting to look at.

  • thanks mr kalm.....kudos to the curators, nice idea. Stanley Whitney looked great. Aldrich, Fox and Krebber........i love seeing this energy around PAINTING. this is great to see in new york right now. i say YES!

  • that was a really great space for a show

  • These works were pretty generic to me. It seems modern art has run its course. Time for the art revolution that gets back to basics and challenges what modern art has become.

  • I agree. Boo. Lame.

  • just because you don't like something doesn't mean the entire enterprise is wrong.....the 'art revolution' sounds trite. Last time i checked Post-Modernism had replaced Modernism, that was when i got out of school, thirteen years ago. get up to speed Son!

  • Check it out for yourself. The revolution in visual arts, has a lot of changes. Art comes out of it's Ivory towers. It is back to basics. It has relevance to the world. It isn't Turner Prize art, but art with substance. Art , like books and music, is mass marketed, and copies of art go everywhere. Paintings are sold like records. Galleries are replaced by traveling shows of copies - see all Van Goghs paintings on tour through exact copies. Art is not isolated, etc. etc. etc.

  • This isn't the "Revolution", its a sales pitch for a cheap facsimile of a passé revolution.

  • How do you know? Have you studied it?

  • TomHendricksMusea: "I have hair plugs and live in my parents basement. Track suits are my idea of dressing up. The revolution has begun, Mom!"

  • Don't take the bait James, I think he is posing as Faux-Naive, trolling the comments section.
