you have to play diamond and underground get a skull fossil then put it in your bag from the surface then go to oreburgh city then go to the mining museum then to to the man that is like a proffesor then he will make your skull fossil into a cranidos then exit then come back in then talk to him he will give you cranidos is you have space.
