You get it from a quest in factions, I think it's a beak in the darkness. You have to see different people in the forests, and then at last, you can cap him. He's a level 20 when capped too.

doesnt rlly take months to get 1 all you gotta do is beat a quest and u can cap him or kill him

do the moa birds get bigger? I have a lvl 11 moa and it's still the same size as when it was lvl 1
