Here is the deal about the song - it is indeed a traditional song but a lot of the words they are using are not from the traditional version. I think they switched some of the words for ones they liked better. That is why some people are confused.

jingle bells wasn't written by the kelly family. it's a traditional holiday song. you could possibly look it up on Google or something.
