What is amazing is that the 2nd from last of the song (starting with 'A statue stands') changes the meaning of the last chorus. All the other chorus' are saying how she doesn't show the pain. She's a hardened angel, but she's a good kid who just wants to be loved. The last one means that she's dead, an her name is written on a rock where the concrete angel statue stands, and that she is now in a place where she is loved. She is a concrete angel.

SUCH a good song. Such deep, immense meaning.
